SDSU landscape architecture program partners with Brookings School District

Three members of the South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University School of Design have completed a collaborative project with the Brookings School District. Instructor of landscape architecture Jeremiah Bergstrom and landscape architecture students Isabelle Plagge and Cerington Jones worked together to assist the Brookings schools.

Performing arts alum receives Manilow Music Project Teacher à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã

A Papillion La Vista teacher and South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University School of Performing Arts graduate has received the Omaha Manilow Music Project Teacher à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã. Hiltje Peitz received the award, along with a $10,000 prize, in July.

South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã Census Data Center renamed

The South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã Census Data Center has been officially renamed the Center for Rural Vitality and Community Well-Being. The center, housed in the South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University School of Psychology, Sociology and Rural Studies, is launching a search for a rural sociologist in collaboration with SDSU Extension.
