Building Description
These apartments are located on the southeast part of campus. The apartments and townhouses opened in the fall 2019 semester.
The University Apartments are three levels of one-, two-, three- and four- bedroom units. Each floor has a variety of unit sizes and layouts.
The Southeast University Townhouses are four- bedroom units.
Each housing unit in the Southeast University Neighborhood has a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. They are also keycard accessible, fully furnished and allow approved pets. Twelve-month leases allow students to live in these spaces even during university breaks.
