Biography
Elizabeth got a Bachelor of Music in music education from Lawrence University (Appleton, Wisconsin) in 1987. She went on to Texas for a Masters in Library and Information Science which she obtained from UT Austin in 1991. She went back to her home state of Colorado for a job at Adams State College in Alamosa for three years and then came to the great state of South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã and Briggs Library in 1994. She has worked in several areas of the library including circulation, interlibrary loan and information services since she arrived. She obtained a Masters of Education in adult and higher education from SDSU in 1997 and has worked on a Ph.D. in sociology on and off since then.
Elizabeth is the subject librarian for history, political science, philosophy and religion; consumer sciences; health and nutritional sciences; School of Performing Arts; sociology; and women, gender and sexuality studies.
