Biography
Jim Taggart has been a graphic designer at University Marketing and Communications for 26 years (1982-84, 1990-present). He has a B.A. degree in history from the University of South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã in Vermillion which is also his hometown.
Jim is an avid reader of history and biography especially of the 20th century. He is a long-time auto racing fan and does research into auto racing history of the region. Jim also sends a lot of time in the summer on his bike on the roads of Brookings county.
