Biography
Dr. Marina Hendricks teaches Public Relations Writing, Introduction to the Master of Mass Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication and Cross-Platform Campaigns. Her research focuses on youth journalism, student journalists, issues in journalism and social media. In a previous life, she was communications director at the Newspaper Association of America (now News Media Alliance). A West Virginia native, she served as the founding editor of the FlipSide teen journalism program at The Charleston Gazette and also worked for an advertising and public relations agency.Education
