Tutoring

We highly encourage you to meet with students in your class and form study groups. When working in a study group, you will be most successful if you come well-prepared to the group by:

  1. Having read course and textbook material.
  2. Worked on as many problems as possible beforehand.

During your freshman and sophomore years, you may want to take advantage of free opportunities dealing with:

The College of Engineering honors' group Tau Beta Pi works with the individual program honor societies Pi Tau Sigma, Eta Kappa Nu, Upsilon Pi Epsilon and Chi Epsilon in organizing twice a week help sessions for most freshman and sophomore program-specific courses.

Please take advantage of the help that can be provided by your instructor during his/her posted office hours. If the office hour doesn't work, please make an appointment.
