Early Move-in Option for the Residence Halls
If you will be living in the residence halls this spring semester, you can check-in early during one of the early move-in windows. You will need to complete the Late Stay/Winter Break/Early Arrival Form on MyState through your Housing Application. Be sure to select "New Student Orientation" in the "Reason" dropdown box. Check-in will be at . Early move-in windows are as follows: Thursday (January 9) or Friday (January 10) 10 a.m.-noon or 7-9 p.m. Those attending NSO or ThumpStart will not be charged an early arrival fee. If these windows of time for early move-in to your residence hall do not work for you, please contact the Housing and Residential Life Office at 605-688-5148 to discuss alternatives.
