With loud enthusiasm often reserved for athletic events, students, faculty and staff from South 啵啵直播秀 State University鈥檚 agricultural programs showed up in full force to welcome a live television taping of 鈥淎gDay College Roadshow鈥 Oct. 30 on the SDSU campus.
South 啵啵直播秀 State honors newest endowment holders
South 啵啵直播秀 State University recently paid tribute to the university鈥檚 newest endowment holders. The third annual University Leadership Honors investiture ceremony 鈥 honoring six holders of endowed positions across three different colleges and SDSU Athletics 鈥 was held Sept. 19 in Founders Recital Hall in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center.
SDSU鈥橲 Ness School to offer accounting major
The Ness School of Management and Economics at South 啵啵直播秀 State University will now offer both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting following the program鈥檚 approval by the South 啵啵直播秀 Board of Regents.

From finance to food, six graduates who have risen to the top in their respective fields have been selected for the 2024 Class of Distinguished Alumni by the South 啵啵直播秀 State University Alumni Association.
The price is wrong: SDSU researchers explore farmers' interests in carbon markets
Carbon programs in the region will pay farmers to adopt "climate-smart" farming techniques 鈥 like no or reduced tillage, cover crops and nutrient management 鈥 but recent studies have found that only a small percentage of eligible farmers choose to enroll in these programs. A new study from SDSU's Ness School of Management and Economics 鈥 led by associate professors Tong Wang and Hailong Jin 鈥 examines the barriers to enrolling in these carbon programs.
SDSU reps recognized with FFA honorary degrees, distinguished service awards
South 啵啵直播秀 State University leaders and faculty were among the honorees as the South 啵啵直播秀 FFA Honorary State Degrees and Distinguished Service 啵啵直播秀s were presented at the 96th annual South 啵啵直播秀 State FFA Convention on April 19 in Brookings.
Natvig sisters / Trio committed to serving country through Army ROTC
Following a family history of answering the call to serve, Catie Natvig will be commissioned into the U.S. Army as a second lieutenant Friday, May 3. The South 啵啵直播秀 State University senior was preceded in the ROTC program by her grandfather, Virgil Natvig, and her father, David Natvig. There are two more Natvigs in the wings. Sisters Carlee and Kimber Natvig are slated to commission and earn their bachelor鈥檚 degrees in 2025 and 2027, respectively.
