Bret Werpy has been named operations manager at the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center at South ��ֱ���� State University. After working at the center as a college student and again part time in later years, he joined the team full time July 22.

David C. Earnest, the Odeen-Swanson Distinguished Professor and chair of the Department of Political Science at the University of South ��ֱ����, has been named dean of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at South ��ֱ���� State University. Earnest was selected following a national search and will begin working on the SDSU campus July 8.

The Child and Family Resource Network at South ��ֱ���� State University will hold four parenting classes throughout June to focus on helping parents discover what their children’s behaviors could mean.
