“A New Brand”

Branding irons represent in many ways the West and livestock. Limited fencing encouraged the need to mark ��ֱ��s as an individual or ranch property. Branding created this ownership. This week's What's New Wednesday looks at a branding iron that lacked popularity.

Nearly 200 years of Business

The John Morrell & Co brand goes hand in hand with meat production in South ��ֱ��, as they established a packing plant in Sioux Falls over 100 years ago. However, the history of the Morrell name dates back to nearly 200 years ago.
