SDSU offers numerous opportunities to enrich your educational experience and take learning to a higher level. Many students find that they learn more when they can take classroom learning and apply it in real-life situations such as undergraduate research or study abroad. Our campus also participates in a common read experience where each fall we read a book together. Through class discussions and campus-based lectures, students can personalize and deepen their understanding of the book’s story.
The Honors College, located in Honors Hall, is the very first residential college at SDSU. By bringing the Honors program to the residence hall, students experience a true living and learning community. The Honors College is another opportunity for bright students to experience enriched courses where class size is limited and outstanding faculty challenge students to stretch their minds and deepen their learning.
Whether you are a freshman participating in our First Year Experience, or a senior capping her college experience with an exciting internship, SDSU offers enriched learning experiences to round off a world class education.
