2024 ASABE North Central Regional Section Meeting

Keynote Speaker

ASABE President Dr. Dana Porter will serve as the keynote speaker during dinner on April 11, 2024.

Dr. Porter's address promises to provide valuable insights and perspectives on the future of agricultural and biosystems engineering.

DANA-OSBORN-PORTER

 

Dana Osborn Porter is the president of the American Society of Agriculture and Biological Engineers (ASABE). Porter is professor and associate head of the department of biological and agricultural engineering at Texas A&M University. In addition, she is the extension program leader for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Her integrated applied research and extension program in agricultural water management and irrigation emphasizes technologies and management for water-limited (quantity and quality) conditions. As extension program leader and associate department head, she advises and advocates for extension engineering professionals and programs.

Please stay tuned for an email from Jaya Sayal to receive your electronic parking pass on April 12, 2024. You will need to print the pass and put it in your vehicle. You will park in the Northwest Corner opposite Raven Precision Ag Center on Medary Avenue Standard Commuter Parking lot. Refer to this parking map.
