The Cashier's Office is responsible for tuition and fee related processes at SDSU.
- Assisting students with questions about their student accounts.
- Processing student payments and refunds.
- Managing accounts receivable holds.
The Cashier's Office is also the depository office for the funds of all university departments. The Cashier's Office will establish cash funds for university departments when it is necessary.
Tuition and Fee Payment Due Dates
- Fall 2024: September 6, 2024
- Spring 2025: January 23, 2025
- To serve the university community in a fast, efficient and pleasant manner.

- To provide all financial services in a fair and efficient manner, while maintaining goodwill towards South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University.
- To maintain a high level of accuracy when handling money, documents and records.
- To possess a thorough knowledge of all cashier operations, as well as familiarity with how those operations are integrated into the university as a whole.
- To communicate clearly and effectively in all interactions.
The Cashier's Office is legally required to protect student privacy by adhering to FERPA regulations. Anyone who is not the student who is requesting information about a student's account must be an authorized payer on the SDePay webpage or student account information can not be provided.
