As a life-long learner deeply invested in a strengths-mindset, Shelly enjoys the opportunity to assist students directly in their comprehensive development during their higher education experience.
Prior to her current role, she worked in educational development and served as a faculty member teaching courses in leadership development, learning development and critical reading and thinking.
