The Great Hall
Our premiere 3,000 sq. ft. room creates a perfect reception setting as it was designed as an extension of the outdoors. The Great Hall reservation offers two unique indoor and outdoor venues for you and your guests to enjoy. The vaulted ceilings and large windows create a feeling of sitting in the middle of the gardens.
Included is private access to the Terrace Gardens, which allows guests to enjoy themselves while strolling through the gated garden or simply, relaxing in the various patio areas.
Swedlund Meeting Rooms
A spacious buffet station can be created in the meeting rooms area, when used as one large space. With the beautiful arched, floor-to-ceiling windows, a gorgeous buffet can be created, providing a smooth flow for guests of the event.
When reserving both ceremony and reception, these rooms can be made available for the wedding party to use as dressing room spaces, or as a wedding party gathering space, when planning for a plated meal at an evening reception. If holding only a ceremony with us, the classroom may be rented as dressing rooms or gathering room spaces for the day.

The foyer is a very versatile space. It can be used for:

- Down payment of half of the total amount to reserve the date.
- Remaining half + $100 damage deposit due 90 days prior to the date.
Your ceremony reservation will include:
- Tour of garden ceremony sites prior to the day of your ceremony.
- Formal garden ceremony site.
- Rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding, subject to availability.
- Complimentary garden admission for your guests.
- Engagement and wedding day photography fees waived.
- Complimentary parking.
Total $2,250 (tax included)
- Down payment of $1,125 due to reserve the date
- Remaining $1,125 balance and $350 damage deposit due 90 days prior to the date
Reception reservation includes:
- Complimentary parking.
- Great Hall with 25, 5 foot round tables and 200 chairs for indoor use *Indoor chairs are for indoor use only. Outdoor chairs must be rented.
- The maximum capacity of the Great Hall is 250 which includes seating for the head table. This is to ensure a safe and comfortable event for guests and to abide by the fire code.
- Use of the classroom as a dressing room space it not already booked.
- Partial Foyer for use for guest book, gift table, bar area, snacks and beverage station, photo booth and more.
- Private Terrace Garden area that is reserved 1 hour before the reception begins. Can also be used for private reception and yard games.
- Reception layout and event timelines approved between McCrory Gardens and the betrothed couple.
- Complimentary admission for your guests
- Head table seating and seating for up to 200 guests at round tables (maximum capacity of Great Hall is 250 to include head table)
- Engagement and wedding day photography fees waived. Wedding photos may be taken throughout the outdoor gardens.
- Menu tasting appointment
- Set up/take down of room layout and clean up after the event
- A/V equipment use (projectors, screens, microphones and audio)
- On-site security is available through the University Police Department.
Terrace Garden or Great Hall = $3095 (tax included)
Display Garden = $3295 (tax included)
- Down payment of half of the total amount to reserve the date.
- Remaining half + $450 damage deposit due 90 days prior to the date.
Your Ceremony and Reception reservation will come with:
- Use of the classroom as a dressing room.
- Tour of garden ceremony sites prior to the day of your ceremony.
