The faculty are engaged in a variety research projects supported by sponsors from industry and government. Opportunities are available for both undergraduate and graduate students to participate in projects as research assistants.
Research subject areas include modeling and simulation of complex processes, energy efficiency and alternative energy sources, advanced materials and materials testing, innovative heat transfer devices and additive manufacturing processes.
