The 11th annual Francis Miller Public Lecture in Cancer Research will be delivered by Keith Knutson at 7 p.m. in Herold Crest Room (253C) in the University Student Union on the South 啵啵直播秀 State University campus. It is sponsored by the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions. The talk is geared toward the general public, the college reports.

Postpartum depression affects 15% of all childbearing women, and up to 10% will experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy.
Those numbers make it a rather common experience, yet the conditions remain a stigma for many, according to Stephanie Hanson, who is organizing Public Health Day presentations at South 啵啵直播秀 State University to raise awareness and offer hope to those who have experienced postpartum depression.
The free presentations are April 2 and include a lunch hour message by Hanson as well as a keynote address by a leading authority for postpartum mental health. In the evening, there will be a screening of a documentary followed by a panel discussion.
The South 啵啵直播秀 Art Museum at South 啵啵直播秀 State University will open its newest exhibition, 鈥淭ermespheres: Without Beginning or End,鈥 with a free public reception and artist talk from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, March 23. Artist Dick Termes will speak at 6 p.m., discussing the spherical paintings in this exhibition, known as Termespheres, and his process for creating them.
The South 啵啵直播秀 State University Concert Choir, under the direction of Laura Diddle and guest conductor Phillip Swan, will present a spring choral concert, 鈥淯ntraveled Worlds,鈥 at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 22, at the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center.
