The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) is a national, nonprofit organization focused on substantially increasing the representation of American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, First Nations and other indigenous peoples of North America in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) studies and careers.
The American Indian Student Association’s mission is to unite and advocate for the American Indian student population on the South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University campus. This association will work towards creating a strong sense of community, and provide opportunities for fellow students to engage in social and cultural activities on campus, while simultaneously offering a safe space for American Indian students and their allies to come together and discuss the issues and experiences that define their college experiences.
