Lost/Stolen MyJacks Cards

**Starting Spring 2022 semester, for any new/transfer students, SDSU will be a “mobile first” campus for student ID’s. 

This means that unless a student has an ineligible phone, they will be issued a mobile ID.**


What if I lose MyJacks Card Credential?

Cards can be deactivated 24 hours a day by using:

  • Smart Phone App
  • Or by contacting/stopping at the Card Services Office in the University Student Union (8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday)

Replacement physical cards can be purchased at the Card Services Office for a fee.
