The Equine Teaching Facility and Department of Animal Science at South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University will sell four yearling colts this summer, accepting sealed bids that are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13.
All the colts were raised at the facility and have been part of the teaching program, receiving a significant amount of handling relative to their age. They all are registered with the American Quarter Horse Association and are up to date on recommended vaccinations and foot/hoof care. Photos and pedigree information on each of the available colts, as well as complete sale information, is available on the SDSU Department of Animal Science website.
Bids must be submitted using the SDSU horse sale form available on the SDSU Department of Animal Science website. A separate form must be used for each bid submitted. Forms must be delivered by certified mail or personally delivered to:

The Equine Teaching Facility will be open for prospective buyers to view the colts Aug. 3-11, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays and by appointment on Saturdays and Sundays. Prior communication and setting an appointment time is strongly encouraged for weekday visits.
