Transcripts
Transcripts contain your complete academic record including courses, grades and degrees from all Board of Regents institutions for both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Each official transcript costs $9 plus applicable sales tax.
Transcripts may be ordered electronically (Parchment) and delivered via secure PDF (eTranscript) or standard US mail. When selecting the institution to send transcripts from, select South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã Board of Regents.
Students unable to access student self-service may by creating and account and verifying attendance information.
Transcript Frequently Asked Questions
Please Note: To receive an official transcript, your SDSU account must be free of financial obligations. Contact the Cashier's Office to resolve account holds.
- A PDF order form is also available for printing and mailing.
- American Associations of Colleges accept eTranscripts from Parchment. You will enter your organization in the destination search bar, and then be prompted to verify your CAS ID and/or Transcript Matching Barcode. Step-by-step instructions are available.
