State A Thon

What is State A Thon?
State A Thon is a part of a nationwide movement called Dance Marathon. Over 300 campuses across the US work to raise money for Children's Miracle Network. All the money we raise goes to the Sanford Children's Castle of Care in Sioux Falls to support children of this area. We host small fundraisers year round, leading up to a big celebration on April 9, 2022. As a dancer, you will get to spend the whole day with a "miracle family" in a small group. We play fun games, like human foosball, relay races, lip sync battles, etc. We do some dancing, but no dancing skills are required. Dancers also have a very minimal commitment. We require each dancer to raise only $50 total, which gets you two free meals, snacks, a t-shirt and access to the entire day. The more you raise, the more you get, as dancers receive incentives for hitting the next fundraising level. If you want more involvement, please visit our committees page to find more ways to get involved! State A Thon is the extremely fun, rewarding and is the easiest way to give back to your local community. Dancing truly can save lives. Join our movement today!
This year's event happening April 9, 2022 our goal is to raise $150,000 all to help change kid's health and change the future!
