  • All SDSU related campus maps must utilize the .

Videos

  • All videos embedded on sdstate.edu must be captioned to maintain WCAG accessibility standards.
  • All SDSU related videos must be hosted on the official university YouTube channel.
    • This ensures branding consistency and aids with video management.
  • Send captioned videos to sdsu.socialmedia@sdstate.edu for uploading to the university YouTube channel.
    • They will be reviewed for content, branding and captioning.
    • Videos will be uploaded on YouTube as unlisted and a shareable link will be created.

Voice

  • In general, the website content should be written in third-person.
    • An exception would be an individual's profile page; this could be written in first-person.
