Student Health Clinic Appointments

Schedule Appointments by:

Online Portal

  1. Click on Patient Portal button.
  2. Log in with MyState credentials.
  3. Click on Appointments.
    1. Follow the prompts to:
    2. List symptoms/phone number
    3. Choose clinic
    4. Choose appointment reason
  4. Available appointments will then show up.
  5. Click on the appointment time that will work for you.
