The Miller Wellness Center indoor pool features six 25-yard lap lanes and a 12-foot diving well, giving it the versatility to allow for workouts, training or just having fun in the water.

Red Cross Certifications
The Wellness Center offers courses in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and Lifeguarding through the American Red Cross

Miller Wellness Center Pool Rules
- No running on deck.
- No glass containers.
- Staff may stop any activity deemed to be unsafe.
- Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
- All children under 7 years of age must have an adult (18 years and older) within arms-reach.
- One adult may supervise up to three children under age seven at a time.
- All children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Return equipment after use.
- Small diving board use is allowed during night hours and weekends. Forward facing dives ONLY.
- High diving board is off limits.
- Diving blocks can be used if lane lines are in place on both sides of the lane.
- No hanging on lane lines.
- Ladders are only for entering or exiting the pool.
- Multiple swimmers are encouraged to circle swim.
- Miller Wellness Center Water Safety Instructors are the only persons allowed to teach swim lessons. Parents may observe swimming lessons from the bleachers.
Miller Wellness Center Pool Dress Code
- No cotton-based clothing is allowed in the pool. Cotton and similar materials can absorb the chemicals in the water, causing the water to become less effective at maintaining the proper chemical balance and may cloud the water.
- All men’s swimsuits must have a liner. Gym shorts are not permitted.
- Thongs and other swim attire such as undergarments that are overly revealing or transparent are prohibited.
- Clothing with offensive language, designs or images are not permitted.
- Swim-appropriate footwear and equipment is allowed.
Lifeguards have the right to ask you to change or leave if wearing inappropriate swim attire.
